Using Our Website

You may use spanoor.com for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful. All text, photography, graphics, and logos on this site belong to Spa Noor or our partners and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Medical Information

The information on our website is provided for general education only. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a qualified provider. Every treatment at Spa Noor begins with an assessment to confirm it is appropriate for you, and individual results vary.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed when you book, and our cancellation policy is shared with you at that time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the time to another client. Some treatments require a consultation, skin test, or preparation before your appointment, and we will let you know in advance.

Gift Cards and Products

Spa Noor gift cards may be used toward services and products at Spa Noor. Gift cards are valid for at least seven years from the date of issue, as required by Massachusetts law, and are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires it. Please treat gift cards like cash; we cannot replace lost or stolen cards.

Product availability and pricing may change without notice. If you have a question about a product purchase or a return, please contact us and we will be glad to help.

Text Message Consent

Spa Noor offers two optional types of text messages. You may choose either, both, or neither. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Transactional Messages Opt-In
By checking this box, I consent to receive transactional messages related to my account, orders, or services I have requested. These messages may include appointment reminders, order confirmations, and account notifications. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

Marketing Messages Opt-In
By checking this box, I consent to receive marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts, and product updates. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

Mobile Terms of Service

1. Messages related to your account, orders, services, appointment reminders, marketing and promotional messages may be received. Frequency may vary.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP.” After you send “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe via SMS. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you would like to opt back in, you may sign up again as you did previously.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for assistance, or contact us directly at marketing@spanoor.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency may vary. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
