Platelet-Rich Fibrin Matrix (PRFM) hair restoration uses the concentrated growth factors in your own blood to stimulate the scalp, reactivate dormant hair follicles, and support hair regrowth. Cellenis® Derma PRFM is the system we use at Spa Noor, producing a highly concentrated, fibrin-stabilized plasma that delivers sustained growth factor release at the injection site over a longer period than standard PRP.
Treatment involves a small blood draw processed in-office. The resulting PRFM is injected into the scalp in the areas of thinning or loss. The growth factors stimulate follicle activity and improve the scalp’s vascular environment, the conditions under which healthy hair growth occurs. Because it uses your own blood, there is no risk of allergic reaction.
Results develop gradually over 3–6 months. A series of 3 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart is the standard starting protocol, with annual maintenance thereafter. PRFM hair restoration is most effective for early to moderate hair thinning; it is not a replacement for surgical hair transplantation in advanced cases.
