Microneedling with PRP

Microneedling with PRP is a clinically advanced skin renewal treatment that combines two proven mechanisms: the collagen-induction effects of microneedling and the regenerative power of platelet-rich plasma. You may also see it referred to as a PRP facial, or occasionally a Dracula facial. Whatever the name, the science is the same. Microneedling creates thousands of micro-channels in the skin, and PRP delivers concentrated growth factors directly into the dermis through those channels at the moment the skin is most receptive to absorbing them.

Using the Cellenis PRP system, we process a small blood draw to produce plasma with a high concentration of platelets. This is applied topically during microneedling and may also be injected into specific areas. The growth factors in the PRP signal fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin, enhancing the skin’s own renewal response well beyond what microneedling alone achieves.

This is one of our most comprehensive skin renewal treatments, effective for skin quality, texture, early volume loss, acne scarring, and pore size. Results are progressive and build over a series of three to four sessions. Because PRP is derived from your own blood, there is no risk of allergic reaction.
