Spa Noor provides a variety of medical cosmetic procedures for women and men in a safe, relaxing, and therapeutic environment under the direction of our on-site medical director. All treatments are customized respecting individual needs, budget, privacy, and confidentiality.

The latest non-surgical body-sculpting, laser fat removal, weight-loss, and body-contouring treatments are offered. All surgical procedures, including tummy tucks, are performed on-site, and we have a private entrance for our guests to ensure privacy. Skin rejuvenation and aesthetic procedures include skin resurfacing, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, skin tightening, anti-aging and acne treatments, makeup consultations, Botox®, dermal fillers, laser vein removal, and laser hair removal.

Susan Perry, MSN, CRNP

Susan is a board-certified nurse practitioner.  She is a graduate of Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island, and holds a Master’s degree in nursing from MCP Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She also has advanced training in the operation of lasers and facial sculpting with dermal fillers, as well as the administration of Botox. Susan’s priority is patient safety. She loves performing the procedures to improve clients’ appearance and lift their self-esteem. Sue promises a “natural” look by enhancing your best features. She works with you to achieve your goals and desired results.

Susan has learned from world-renowned plastic surgeons and dermatologists, Dr. Jason Posner, Dr Steve Dyan, and Dr. David Goldberg, to name a few.  She is a member of the American Medspa Association.

Kaitlyne Silva, BSN, RN

Kaitlyne is a BSN-prepared Registered Nurse and aesthetic injector certified in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and PRP through Faith in Beauty Medical Aesthetics Academy. With a natural eye for facial balancing, she focuses on subtle, natural enhancements that help clients feel confident and authentically themselves.

Kaitlyne began her nursing career at Charlton Memorial Hospital and is currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Salve Regina University. Her medical background provides a strong foundation in anatomy and safety, while aesthetics allows her creativity and love for beauty to shine.

Warm, empathetic, and attentive, Kaitlyne is known for creating a comfortable space where clients feel seen and never rushed. She listens first, understands each client’s goals, and builds thoughtful, personalized treatment plans. Her favorite treatment—facial rebalancing with fillers—lets her blend artistry and precision to highlight natural beauty.

Erica Medeiros, Aesthetician and RN

With over 21 years of experience in the skincare industry, she brings a lifelong passion for skin health and a genuine commitment to helping clients feel confident in their own skin. Her journey began early, at just ten years old, when she started giving herself at-home facials with simple over-the-counter products. That curiosity quickly grew into a calling.

She earned her esthetics license from Rob Roy Academy in 2004 and has remained dedicated to continuing education ever since. She is certified in microneedling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels, and stays current with the latest skincare advancements to provide effective, results-driven treatments.

In 2010, she pursued a nursing degree and graduated from Brockton Hospital School of Nursing in 2012, allowing her to blend traditional esthetics with medical aesthetics. She now offers advanced services, including RF microneedling, laser facials, BBL, laser hair removal, Botox, and filler treatments.

The most rewarding part of her work is helping clients achieve the results they hope for and witnessing the confidence that follows. She is committed to ongoing learning and providing care that allows every client to feel radiant and empowered.

Moustafa Ali, M.D. (founder & advisor)

Dr. Ali earned his medical degree from the University of Cairo. He has been a respected member of the medical community in the Fall River area for over 30 years. A member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons and is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. A member of the American College of OB-GYN, the American College of Surgeons, and the International College of Surgeons. He is the past president of the medical staff at Charlton Memorial. He has a background in aesthetic and plastic surgery. His passion for cosmetic surgery has developed into a practice. His kind, gentle manner, along with his compassion, is so appreciated by his loyal patients.
