O que esperar
If you haven’t visited a Med Spa before, words like injections, lasers, microneedling, and exosomes can sound scary. But we want you to feel comfortable when you visit Spa Noor. Take a virtual tour and review our answers below. If you still have questions, please reach out. We love to explain the science behind our work.
Do I need to prepare anything before I arrive?
For most treatments, no preparation is required — come as you are. For injectables, we ask that you avoid alcohol, ibuprofen, and fish oil for 5-7 days beforehand to minimize bruising. We’ll confirm any treatment-specific instructions when we schedule your appointment.
What if I’m afraid of needles?
You’re in good company — many of our clients feel the same way on their first visit. We use ultra-fine needles, numbing cream, and gentle techniques to keep injectable treatments as comfortable as possible. We also use ultrafine cannulas, which are flexible and can bend, so they are gentler on the tissue and help minimize or prevent bruising. We’ll talk you through every step and stop whenever you need a moment.
Can I get advice before I book a treatment?
Yes — The $100 consultation fee may be put towards payment for your service. If you decide against a particular treatment, you may use it for a different treatment or our medical-grade skin care products.
Will I feel pain?
Most of our treatments range from completely painless to mildly uncomfortable. We apply topical numbing where helpful, and our team is trained to maximize your comfort throughout.
Is Spa Noor fully insured and licensed?
Absolutely. Spa Noor is a fully licensed medical spa operating under Massachusetts state regulations. Our injectors are licensed medical professionals, and we maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance.
Will this be expensive?
Our pricing is competitive with the New England medical spa market. We also offer treatment packages and seasonal specials — ask us during your consultation.
Is the staff qualified?
Every injector and aesthetician at Spa Noor is fully licensed and certified in their discipline. Our medical director oversees all clinical protocols, and our team participates in ongoing training to stay current with the latest techniques.
