What happens during a VI Peel?
Like other chemical peels, the VI Peel works by deeply exfoliating the skin and stimulating the production of collagen. After cleansing your skin, we apply the chemical solution in two phases — first penetrating into superficial skin cells, and then going deeper into the dermis to clear away toxins and dead skin cells for an intensely refreshing treatment. Following treatment, the VI Peel should remain on the face for at least four hours. After washing off the chemical solution, you may experience redness and mild swelling which will dissipate after 24 hours.
When will I see results?
You’ll notice initial improvements after six days. Full results will appear within four to six weeks and last three to four months on average.
How many treatments will I need?
